Friday Night Borough Tour Pt. 2
The WNW riders were back at it again last Friday night for the second tour of New York’s five boroughs, this time hitting Brooklyn. The regular crew was joined by some new additions and more familiar faces.
We’ll let Ryan Giese (from A.K.A.) tell the story of their ride through the Borough of Kings in his own words.
“The Brooklyn ride was a good one. It was a tight crew with Massan and Igei rolling as well. Doug led the pack over the Manhattan bridge through downtown BK then down to Red Hook. Checked out the wavy benches by the Gowanus Bay for a minute, quickly got cold so we got moving back up into Brooklyn, headed up the Slope on Union straight to Grand Army plaza to do a quick lap in Prospect Park. Finally jetting over to Bushwick to have some food and beers. It was a good ride and a good night. See you guys next week.”
