Italian skateboard society championship at Osimo

Italian Skateboard Society championship lands at Osimo (AN) for the second stop of its 13th edition. This three star event (top class of the circuit) will gahter in this nice small city in the very middle of Italy the national skateboarding finest.

The local skatepark, that will host the contest, has been built under Luca Crestani direction in 2009 and is one of the biggest and most loved skatepark in Italy.

Covering more than 1200mq, the skatepark features each kind of structure and satisfy every kind of riding, from the more old school to the modern techy one.

STREET CONTEST

The contest will include three categories: Junior (Under 16), Senior (Over 16) and Girl. Senior and Junior contest will be spreaded all over the weekend while Girls one will take place only on sunday.

RED BULL DEATH RACE

For the very firt time in Itali, Red Bull Death Race is an exciting and progressive format that will switch on fire the crowd and the riders. It’s a race against time where the only important thing is to go fast. It will take place on saturday night right after the BBQ. The subscription is totally free and open to everybody.

The senior contest top prize is  €2000, the Death race one is €300,00 and Girl prize will be made with stuff from the constest sponsors.

HOW TO GET TO THE SKATEPARK

The skatepark is situated in the sporting center Vescovara on Vescovara street at Osimo (AN).

By car: exit Ancona Sud on A14 Aotoroute, take to Osimo follow Vigili del Fuoco signs then for Centro Sportivo Vescovara.

2:00 – 4:00 pm Qualifying Junior (jam da 3 skaters per 3′)
