Leonardo Fioravanti conquers the Under 14 all’Occy Grom Comp in Australia
Quiksilver is proud to annunce the victory of 13 y.o Italian kid Leonardo Fioravanti in the U14 category of the glorious Occy Grom Comp in Duranbah Beach, Australia.
Despite his 13 years, Leonardo rode like a man and put behind him many other local surfers and international young stars of the surf circus.
In the finals, with 2 meters breaks, Leo totalized 13.17 on 20, beating the local Quinn Bruce, with japanese Takumi Yasui and Aussie Sheldon Simkus behind him.
“I’m so happy of this victory” declared Leonardo after the prize giving “Coming here has been a real nightmare, but now I can say it totally worth it”.
After the Duranbah Beach podium, Leonardo will stop in Australia for a while, to enter the Rusty Grom Fest in Lennox.
Quiksilver congrats its Champion!!! Go Leo!!!
