Tell me about the story of the band!
We were born in 2013 and we started immediatly to compose songs. After two year spent in playing across the northern Italy and composing songs we were ready to publish our first EP.
What did you do in the last six months?
We spent our time in recording songs and preparing everything for the publication of “Hica”.
What have you got in your wallet now?
We would say nothing ’cause we spent our money in all the stuff for the EP.
Why have you chosen this name for your band?
Because it sounds good and because of a story we would tell you when we’ll see each other. Let’s some mystery.
How important is the look/appearance for your band?
It’s quite important, but we do not focalize on this because we prefer the songs and the concerts sound well.
Tell us about the new EP “Hica”. Are you fully satisfied with it?
We are, because it comes from a long hard work.
Which is the highest point of the EP?
We think that depend on the preferences of each person.
…And the low point?
The same as before.
How would you define your sound?
Our sound is original, catchy and full of grit.
Alternative rock. Describe for me these words! And what do you think, is a good compromise to describe your style?
We should say that it’s not conventional rock, so we think that alternative rock is a good compromise.
Which bands have influenced your style?
Incubus, Paramore, Foo Fighters and others.
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Playing music to live.
Tell me some of the bands you admire.
We listened to when we were younger and even right now. They’re a part of our life.
What song is in your head right now?
“Why do you hate me?” by Marmozets.
And of your local music scene?
It’s not so good in our city, so we prefer playing across different cities and festivals.
What is the most embarrassing situation you’ve ever been with Marvin-H?
When we were playing and during the concert the main audio system died and we didn’t know.

To be known.
