Vans House of Vans Berlin

Vans launched the first ever House of Vans experience in Berlin last week with three days of free entertainment. The experience began with the Vans OTW Spring 12 launch event on Wednesday 18 January featuring a live performance by the Patta Sound System, Yasiin Bey (Formerly Mos Def) and new OTW advocate Lupe Fiasco.

The House was packed with partygoers, who enjoyed free drinks from Parliament Vodka and Corona and viewed the art installations by OTW advocates Dimitri Coste, Eric Elms, Lupe Fiasco and Chris Kong.

Day 2 kicked off with free food and drinks at the Vans Café. A live performance by skater/photographer/musician and Vans Legend Ray Barbee was even sweeter as the audience enjoyed a crowd-free environment to view the OTW Advocates artwork.

Friday the 20th of January closed the House of Vans down with the noisey Party featuring live performances by Turbowolf, Black Spiders and DJ’s the Disco Dogs. Friday night was the official after party of the 1st Annual Bright European Skate Awards. Vans skaters Ray Barbee, Danny Wainwright and Nassim Guammaz were in attendance and mingled with a diverse crowd of skaters, fashion enthusiasts and music fans.
