Winter FISE, a very good affair!
The winter station in Peyragudes in the high Pyrenees has been overwhelmed by the energy of the 2nd Edition of Winter FISE.
At the foot of its ski runs experts and newcomers have lived quite unusual disciplines although the cloudy and windy weather, as the promoters kept on with the snowboard competitions, stage of Pyrenees Snowaobard Tour (PST). Just thick tricks, the riders pushed hard to their limits under the astonished eyes of the audience.
The native in St. Lary Bertrand Tainon conquered the 1st place, followed by Jim Dabbadie and Mathieu Justaffre.
Within the runs no way to take a breath, with the snowscoot shows leaded by Nicolas Pillin and the snowboard and freestyle ski demos with local riders.
As the night is not made for sleeping, the adventure went on with a night Freestyle Snowmobile show by the 3 national pilots and pioneers of this sport, Daniel Bodin
( silver medal at the X Games ), Courtney Hungerford and Anders Erickson.
It was a great success. And we can’t wait for the next ediotion … you can’t miss it!
